You will play a crucial role in optimising our ecommerce experience, user and customer journeys, and will be responsible for everything related to LEKKER Bikes’ Shopify tech stack.
Located in Amsterdam HQ you will have the chance to make a real impact on both, onsite user experience aiming at maximizing results from the existing website traffic as well as ensuring smooth ecommerce operations working together with teams in EU and AU.
What will you be doing?
You will ensure website content and merchandising are aligned with brand and commercial objectives, making sure the content of our websites is up-to-date, and relevant across our different Markets: Europe (English, Dutch and German), Australia, and the USA:
- Collaborate with the Brand marketing team to update the content and copy as well as owning and executing website&campaign content calendar;
- Collaborate with Sales teams to update region-specific content and/or configuration on the website: ensure the process is documented and smooth;
- Collaborate with Product and Brand marketing teams to ensure new product launches on the website;
- Proactively identify and execute merchandising improvement opportunities;
You will ensure a smooth onsite user and customer experience:
- Collaborate with our Web analyst to conduct user testing, collect quantitative data and identify the most impactful improvement opportunities;
- Generate hypotheses to tackle the user & customer pain points in a data-driven way;
- Collaborate with our Web analyst to create impactful A/B tests and document the results;
You will identify and monitor opportunities to optimize our tech stack:
- Proactively identify bugs and unsure operational scalability through the regular website and operational process QA;
- Identify new, more efficient ways to better leverage the existing Shopify tech stack;
- Identify internal users' frontend pain points and an efficient way to tackle them: Shopify app, external partner or additional development;
- Collaborate with eCommerce tech stack product owner and Devs to ensure dev backlog is populated with validated and impactful requests and support new releases;
- Stay up-to-date on eCommerce and digital trends and emerging technologies—evaluate enhancement opportunities and make proposals for the team’s development roadmap;
About you
- Highly organized and hands-on, you are able to handle multiple tasks and requests and to prioritize them based on their impact on the growth of the Company.

You have a good understanding of the UX / CX best practices and know how to interpret online data to improve user flows and conversion rates.
- You have good knowledge about SEO best practices and proactively make sure that content updates meet those best practices.
- You support our Operation Team in making sure product availability is always up to date, and properly communicated on our domains.
- Team player, you keep a close relationship with multiple domains within the company (Markets, Marketing, Product, Analytics and Performance) and you make sure smooth communication.

You are curious, eager to learn and stay up-to-date with ever-changing ecommerce technologies.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience within an ecommerce DTC environment;
- Experience working with CMS platforms like Shopify;
- Fluent in Dutch and English. German is a plus
- Data-driven mindset & strong ability to translate findings into an organized set of steps and accountabilities
- Understanding technical aspects of running a website (google analytics/SEO/google search console/user research and A/B testing tools)
- Strong online merchandising knowledge
- Experience with troubleshooting and identifying content and technical issues.
- Ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders
- Expertise in UX/CX and AB testing
- Expertise in Web analytics
