Requirements and Configuration Manager for the ITM project

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
· 3+ years of experience working with IBM DOORS requirements management tool (or with any other professional Requirements Management tool)
· Knowledge and experience applying international standards and best requirements engineering practices, such as: ISO 29148, ISO 25010 and IREB standard
· Experience establishing, managing and analyzing traceability relationships between requirements at different levels and between requirements and other artefacts, such as benefits, architecture models and test cases
· Ability to understand and address stakeholder's concerns, defining views and producing reports from requirements documentation and traceability matrices
· Experience in:
ü Change management domain, ability to support change impact analysis from the requirements perspective (e.g. identify potentially impacted requirements by a change)
ü Configuration management of HW, SW and requirements
ü Configuration status accounting of HW and SW
ü Requirements elicitation, requirements formal documentation and management
ü NATO entities and/or defence systems is required
· Experience and knowledge in product lifecycle management (PLM) and industry recognized PLM tools
· A thorough knowledge of NATO processes and procedures
· In‐deep knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Demonstrated experience in usage of requirements management and/or configuration management tools (e.g. PLM tools, ITSM tools)
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
· Experience working with JIRA
· IREB CPRE‐FL (Certified Professional on Requirements Engineering ‐ Foundation Level) certificate
DUTIES/ROLE:
· Maintaining the project requirements framework in IBM DOORS requirements management tool
· Establishing the interlinks with requirements and traceability to V&V in JIRA
· Cascading high level capability requirements to the low level project and WP requirements for formal documentation and management
· Establishing, managing and analyzing traceability relationships between requirements at different levels and between requirements and other artefacts, such as benefits, architecture models and test cases
· Ability to understand and address stakeholder's concerns, defining views and producing reports from requirements documentation and traceability matrices
· Performing Change Management for requirements framework
· Configuration Management of HW and SW procured for the project with links to the procurement requirements
· Creating and maintaining the project Bill of Material (s) (BoM) and mapping it to the project procurement requirements
· Reporting to project management team regularly, intervals as requested by the team
· Planning, preparing for and managing the Battle Rhythm meetings with the PM and WP teams to discuss and analyze the status of the requirements and configuration management
· Documenting the action items and follows‐up with the relevant members of the project team
· As required supporting the project management team (i.e. PMs and Head Project Office) for activities for relevant project processes
