This is what you will do
Jumbo is quite a big company, and big things just don’t move easy. Pathfinders are the tugboats that talk with whomever needs to be talked to, to help them see their path more clearly and steer the ship into the right direction. And as a Pathfinder for the SAP domain, you will probably talk frequently about topics such as BTP, transition to S/4HANA, roll-out of UDF or PMR (CAR). As a Pathfinder you wear many hats, but you decide when to wear which one. You could be an enterprise architect, a solution architect, a SAP technical architect, a technical coach, and a business consultant.

- Providing expertise on a variety of SAP products that support our retail and supply chain processes
- Leading the transition to SAP S/4HANA with BTP in a Service Oriented Architecture, based on Domain Driven Design practices.
- Designing cross-domain solutions, together with your colleague Pathfinders, that integrate also with our non-SAP systems within the online, data and supply chain domains.

Your team
On a daily basis you collaborate with many different technical and not so technical stakeholders. You also meet up regularly with your team of pathfinders. - A proven track record in technical leadership.
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BTP, IS Retail, UDF, BMR.
- Expert-level knowledge of data structures, integrations, and solutions beyond SAP-only.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills.
