Job Profile for IT Helpdesk Technician
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide technical support in a fast-paced environment
- Troubleshoot and support with Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
- Work on SAP Authorizations if requested
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolve matters in a time-efficient manner
- Communicate clearly regarding technical issues to all stakeholders

Candidate Profile for IT Helpdesk Technician
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 3+ years of experience in providing technical support in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of SAP Authorizations is a plus
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly
- Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner
