We’re looking for a candidate with a passion and affinity for Internal Audit within an international A-brand company in Eindhoven. Someone who’s functioning as an independent and objective person who’s not afraid to challenge the status-quo. But is capable to communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders within the company. Next to that the Internal Auditor should be able to understand the companies processes and way of working.
The Challenge
- Support the preparation of individual audit assignments and deepen understanding of Internal Audit processes.
- Develop and deepen understanding of data analytics to improve preparation for and conduct of individual audits.
- Assists in reviewing the Operational Audit reports prepared by the members of the Internal audit team.
- Maintains relations with external auditors and ensure that each party is not only aware of the other's work but also well briefed on areas of concern.
- Is involved in various projects within the company to increase the control environment.

Your qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance (or similar), internal audit or Information technology
- Preferably some 1-3 years of relevant working experience, identifying risk and assessing design and effectiveness of controls.
- Eagerness and enthusiast to learn new skills.
- Hands-on mentality to expand your knowledge of Internal Audit
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and able to manage relations at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient and professional knowledge of the English language
- Experience in testing IT controls will be advantageous
What's on offer?
- Performing on a challenging interim rol within an A-brand international company in Eindhoven.
- You can work 2 days from home and 3 days at the offices.
- You are available at the latest at the end of August for 32-40 hours per week.
- The duration of the assignment is 3 months.
