Production worker Finishing department [Netherlands]

The alloy parts are cast and in the ''Finishing Department'' the first operations are done. This is the department where you will be working. Your tasks are diverse and varied:

• You process the castings by grinding, sawing, annealing, aligning and pressing
• You detect small technical problems.
• You place products in automatic robots (setting up robots optional).
• You will do other common tasks.

Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production runs smoothly. You can contribute to the whole process by contributing your knowledge and experience. Every day is a challenge for you! Every day there is a different schedule, where cooperation is very important!

This job is in shifts. The working hours are:

• Morning shift from 06:00 o’clock to 14:00 o’clock
• Afternoon shift from 14:00 o’clock to 22:00 o’clock
• Night shift from 22:00 o’clock to 06:00 o’clock
• You process the castings by grinding, sawing, annealing, aligning and pressing
• You detect small technical problems.
• You place products in automatic robots (setting up robots optional).
• You will do other common tasks.

Waar ga je werken?

MGG is a sand casting company in Tegelen, near Venlo. The factory makes castings for the automotive industry, think DAF, Rehema, Daimler, Volvo and Porsche. About 25% of the production is for the heating industry.

Wat vragen wij?

Do you have experience in production? Then you're the person we are looking for! Furthermore:

• You are technical and are not afraid of physically demanding work
• You are familiar with working with hand tools (grinder, hand router, etc.)
• You fluently speak either Dutch, German or English
• you are available full time and want to work in shifts

A diploma is not a requirement for this job! Compliance with safety regulations is very important at MGG Netherlands though.

• A gross hourly wage of €16.54 (including 20% shift bonus) and payment per week
• A travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer
