IT Support medewerker

 

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Medewerker to join the ICT department of a global international tech company in Amstelveen.

The role

You will be responsible for providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of he IT systems.

• Provide technical support to employees on hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Support Medewerker or similar role, plus:

• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Our offer

• 37,5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• 24 vacation days.
• Travel costs are all covered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €2,800.00 per month
